Warranties

‍Patriot Memory warrants to the original end-user customer that its products, including DRAM memory modules, Solid State Drives (SSD), and Flash storage devices(collectively referred to as "Product"), are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the applicable warranty period defined below. This warranty is not transferable.

If a Product is confirmed to be defective under the terms of this warranty after Patriot Memory's physical inspection and testing, Patriot Memory will, at its sole option:

Please note that repaired or replacement products may be provided in bulk or non-retail packaging ("bare drive/module").

1. Repair the Product.
2. Replace the Product with a new or refurbished product of equal or functional equivalent.
3. Refund the current market value of the Product (not to exceed the original purchase price).

Repaired or replacement products are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period of the original Product. They do not begin a new warranty period from the date of repair or replacement.
