Patriot Memory warrants to the original end-user customer that its products, including DRAM memory modules, Solid State Drives (SSD), and Flash storage devices(collectively referred to as "Product"), are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the applicable warranty period defined below. This warranty is not transferable.
If a Product is confirmed to be defective under the terms of this warranty after PatriotMemory's physical inspection and testing, Patriot Memory will, at its sole option:
Please note that repaired or replacement products may be provided in bulk or non-retail packaging ("bare drive/module").
Repaired or replacement products are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period of the original Product. They do not begin a new warranty period from the date of repair or replacement.
The warranty period varies depending on the product type. The warranty period begins on the date of original purchase.
A. DRAM Modules – Limited Lifetime Warranty
PatriotMemory DRAM modules are generally covered by a Lifetime Warranty.
B. SSD and Flash Storage Products - Limited Term Warranty
Patriot Memory, SSDs and Flash storage products are covered by specific warranty periods (e.g., 2-years, 3-year, 5-year, please refer product warranty table below).
C. Warranty Period Table
Please refer to the table below for the specific warranty durations applicable to differentPatriot Memory product lines.
D. Discontinued(EOL) Products: If a Product has been discontinued (End of Life) and is no longer manufactured byPatriot Memory, and an exact replacement is not available, Patriot Memory reserves the right to replace it with a product of equivalent value and similar function.

PATRIOT MEMORY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES,INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFIT, REVENUE, BUSINESS DATA, OR COSTS OF REPLACING EQUIPMENT, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. Consumers in certain jurisdictions (including the European Union, Australia, and others) may have additional statutory rights under applicable national legislation governing the sale of consumer goods.These rights are not affected by this warranty clause. If any provision here is found invalid under local law, it will be deemed severed, with remaining provisions in full force.
