Slatedto release in May 2023, the Viper Xtreme 5 series will become a flagship memory product from Patriot Memory’s Viper gaming line with speeds of up to 8000MHz, making it Patriot Memory and Viper Gaming’s fastest DRAM ever produced. First showcased at CES in January 2023 in Las Vegas, Nevada, the record-setting Viper Xtreme 5 was featured in overclocker Fugger’s system that earned 2nd and 3rd place in the Intel XTU 2.0 Hall of Fame on January 7, 2023. Additionally, on January 15, 2023, the Viper Xtreme 5 was featured in Fugger’s system which earned 1st place and a global world record for the PCMark Extended benchmark.
The Viper Xtreme 5 Series will feature built-in Intel XMP 3.0 profiles for powerful overclocking performance, on-die ECC for overclocking without exceeding safe voltage and temperature limits, improved design functionality for memory architecture, signaling, data integrity and system reliability. Equipped with anultra-stylish viper-head heatshield design, engineered to dissipate heat away from the DRAM ICs and PMIC controller. Additionally, with its large-sized lightbar, full-spectrum RGB with RGB app compatibility and a unique snake head-inspired design, the Viper Xtreme 5 will offer users the perfect balance between strong performance and style without compromise.
