Patriot warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below. Patriot warrants that all Patriot product(s) will be free from defects in the material and workmanship and are guaranteed to operate in complete conformance to the specification described in the datasheet. Please contact our Technical Support department before sending the product(s) in for repair or replacement.
Patriot warranty does not cover the following conditions: Products that are missing the Patriot label, and or module heat spreaders, products that are purchased from any unauthorized resellers, products that are not manufactured by Patriot, abuse, neglect, damage caused during installation of the product, damage to other devices due to improper use and / or installation of Patriot Memory, improper testing, unauthorized modification, data loss, data recover, physical alterations of product. All DRAM memory module kit(s) must be returned in its entirety. Patriot is not liable for item(s) lost or damaged during transit to Patriot.The product warranty begins from date of purchase until the end of the warranty period. Approval of Product Return does not guarantee product exchange. Return approval is only to authorize a return of product to Patriot facility for inspection but it shall be for Patriot Memory in its absolute discretion to decide whether to replace the defective items.
Patriot warranty applies to products that were purchased from Patriot authorized resellers. Defective product should be returned to the Patriot authorized reseller from which it was originally purchased. If RMA service is not available through the authorized reseller's warranty, contact Patriot for RMA service.
Consumers should contact the Patriot location nearest them for RMA support. For a list of locations, please visit our "Contact Us" link. End Users are responsible for all freight, duties and taxes associated with shipping to Patriot. Customer must return defective product to Patriot for warranty service.

Patriot is not responsible or liable for any indirect, unforseeable, special, incidental or consequential damages however caused and whether or not Patriot Memory was advised of the possibility of such damages, including but not limited to, lost revenues and profits, downtime, damage or replacement of equipment and property, any other damages arising out of the purchase, use or performance of the product. Patriot warranty service is only for the replacement of defective Patriot products. Refunds will not be provided for any product. For customers that have an account with Patriot, credit balance may be used to purchases/place a new order up to the amount of the credit excluding shipping charge (no refunds).
*Products purchased prior to January 2011**For Russia, a lifetime warranty is defined as the period between ten (10) years from the original date of purchase by the end user. Patriot will repair or replace the defective product(s) using equivalent components made by various vendors in conjunction with warranty repairs. Patriot reserves the right to substitute replacement(s) with similar specification product(s) when exact replacement model(s) is not available.

Patriot 和 Viper Gaming 固态硬盘 (SSD) 的保固期以较早发生者为准; 1) 自购买之日起规定的保固期,或 2) SSD 的使用量超过 SSD 写入的写入总量 (TotalBytes Written,TBW) 。
由于 COVID-19 大流行,Patriot 依照各地政府现况可能会停止向某些国家/地区提供替换服务。
