ACPI's innovative approach combines the BiCS5 112-layer 3D TLC NAND Flash and its high-performing 3D pSLC NAND Flash solutions, addressing the need for reliable and high-performance flash storage in various applications. This breakthrough extends the lifespan to 100K P/E cycles, an extraordinary 33 times compared to traditional 3D TLC NAND Flash. Currently, ACPI’s product lineup featuring the 100K P/E Cycles technology includes the M2PDCII—a high-speed M.2 2280 Gen3 x4, M2SCT-8—an M.2 2280 SATA, and CFEF1—a CFexpress memory card.
