No product may be returned directly to Patriot without first contacting Patriot for an RMA number.
The RMA number is valid for 30 days from issue date. If the product is not received within
30 days, the RMA will be cancelled.
To start the RMA process please contact our Technical Support staff through our website at
Support. This portal will
gather information on the type of product you have and offer common solutions. If a solution
is not presented you may inquire for an RMA at the end of the process.
The product must be properly packaged with the RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the shipping box. Customer is responsible for paying the shipping charges to send the
defective products to Patriot Memory.
All replacements will be processed within five (5) working days upon receipt of the defective product(s).
Patriot Memory will advise of any changes, and customers will be notified of ship date and tracking information
