Hi all,
New member here.... I have an opportunity to buy a sealed box torqx128 for $250, but I'm concerned about all the horror stories of the quality of this product, drives dying after "x" amount of days etc...... Question for Admin or Tech support.....if I buy this from this person, what sort of proof will I need to be covered by the warranty? Do I need the original receipt that this person has or what?? Thanx in advance Jer |

Wow, thats the price of a 64GB Torqx. I am happy with my 2 so far and no horror stories with them. Looking forward to the new firmware in the coming weeks also

First off welcome to the forums. If you can get the original receipt that would be great. Otherwise I know the RMA department is pretty lenient. As far as the "horror stories," we're confident that latest firmware updates address these issue and furthermore should be releasing a 1916 this week. |
