I have an 8GB Pixie that shows up as "2261 PRAM USB Device" in the device manager, and as a removable media device (with no media inserted) inside Computer. Hopefully the low-level format tool can fix this?

Yeah, I have a Supersonic 32GB, probably Model PEF32GSUSB (if NewEgg be believed). I can't see anything but the top directory and it's write-protected. I want to low-level format it before RMAing -- a Support person has offered me RMA.
