Default PBO core Windows 8 fail to access shared folder

I installed Windows 8 Enterprise on my computer and I cannot access my shared folder.
My PBO core always asks for net user id and password. I got the same behaviour in the past with Windows 7 and Microsoft Live but I uninstalled Microsoft Live the problem was fixed.

I tried all posts about changing the registry value to re-activate the legacy network connection and does not work.
I also tried all kind of combination for network settings in Windows. Does not work neither.

Does someone have solved this issue?
Why this box always have so much problem to do a simple network connection?
Should I expected firmware update at some point?
Or buy another media player brand?
