Default Format 32GB pen drive in "FAT" format for SONY DVD player with USB support

I have a SONY DVD player which only supports USB storage of "FAT" format; but while formatting more than 4GB USB drives in windows, "FAT" option is not shown. Is there any way out for format 32GB Pendrive in "FAT" format?

    Hello,

What is the model of the DVD Player? Another option would be exFAT if the camera supports it.

    1. DVD player model is "DVP-SR660P". I tried with exFAT, but not readable.

    2. Another thing, I observed in the DVD player manual, it supports "Simple MP4" format videos thru USB drive, but when I convert videos in "MP4" under FAT, it is not readable. But MPEG format is readable in FAT format. By any chance, do you have any idea about "Simple MP4" format?
