Pyro 120 SATAIII drive. No problem with Win7 64-bit install, drive very stable. Drive is properly aligned, AHCI on (and was on during install), Power Saving turned off.

Speeds are pathetic: 210MBs Read, 107 Write with either CrystalDisk or HD Tune. (On other installed WD 500 Blue drive, they show 134 read on 112 write).

Tried to update firmware from 332A to 502 and get update fail error message ECode: 00000057.

Any ideas where to start looking for problems?
