windows 7 username/Password login problems

Hello, I have a core and PBO have windows 7 ultimate 64x, I've tried everything in the forum is to find access to data on mine, I've managed to access the PC but then the little picture comes with user name and password, the pC is turned off password, I do not remember really what should I do, you can help me, tnx
