Can you please try flashing the laptop to the latest bios? Please also make sure that you have the latest Windows updates and drivers as well.
Let me know if this helps.
Furthermore, you can run a memory test software to see if the memory is defective.
Memtest can be found here: http://www.memtest.org/
3-4 loops should be fine.
yes i update the system to the latest bios, i run the memtest everything it's perfect no problems.
i notice when i remove this memory (patriot memory) and i let the one original which is from the laptop since buying i dont face this problem
and when i put it again togheter with the original one from the laptop and this one i face this problem
i try to run PC only on patriot memory i remove the original one i dont face this problem
mby they don't like each other
In some cases, mismatching memory of different programs can cause stability issues.
Can you make sure you have the latest drivers updates and Windows Updates as well?
yes everything is up to date to the latest drivers

Yes, that is a possibility since the memory most likely has different programming.

Ie; Original stick in slot 1, Patriot in slot 2... Patriot in slot 1, original in slot 2?
What is the speed rating of your original memory?
Yes let me know how that goes. At this point, it seems like an incompatibility in programming.
yes everything is working fine
both patriot memory work fine togheter
