Hi just purchased the drive . Before format to NTFS drive properties showed:

Before out of pkg FAT32:
used space: 71,426,048 bytes, 68.1 MB
Free Space: 126,156,214,272, 117GB

After NTFS format:
used space: 71,426,048 bytes, 68.1 MB
Free Space: 126,156,214,272, 117GB

Why 117GB - why not closer to 128GB???? It's like a 8% lower!
