    Default Cannot access default folders

    I have tried just about everything and am at wits end. I have read the manual, used the desktop app and the web version, and added all the necessary read/write approvals for the server and yet I cannot access the Music, Videos etc. existing folders. I get a Network Error message in Win7 when i try to map to them -"Check the spelling of the name..." is the message. New folders are no problem and I can easily map to them. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

    Hello,

    Are you able to see the folders if u connect directly via IP from the start/run menu \\192.168.1.xxx etc?

    Please advise.
