Rebuilding RAID 1?

Hi!

After a particularly excelent party on the weekend, where the fuses of my house popped a number of times I found that one of the drives in my Valkyrie has failed.

It was in configured as RAID 1 and I have not lost any data (backing up as I type ) and the NAS seams to be operating Ok. (it did have a number of issues with deleted bit torrent jobs reapearing??)

My question is what is the procedure to replace the dead drive? I've read the PDF of the manual and I couldn't find the procedure.

What do I do before/after I plug in a replacement?

Also I just been ringing around and it looks like I'm going to have a hard time finding a replacement for my 1.5TB WD drive. Is it a problem if I replace it with a larger model 2TB drive????
