Default Quick question about ISO file format.

Hello, I just got the Alpine media player in the mail today.
I'm liking all the file support, but I can't figure out how to get it to see ISO file type?
I took a old copy of back to future on dvd and made a quick iso, threw into a folder on a SD card and nothing."doesn't see it" From what I read on Newegg and Amazon it says it support ISO. Am I doing something wrong or do I need a firmware update?"This is fresh outta the box"

I did try doing a searching in the forum and it said all my words are to common.

Haha. I can't believe it! I selected .iso format, but file extention is .img. So all it took was rename."I wished all my computer were so simple to solve.
