    Default Pyro SE freezing problem

Did a clean install and got all my drivers up to date i use Hard Dist sentinel to check to see if trim is running only way to see if the drivers realy install correctly i find using the windows command dont help.

However i find every few days i need to power down and unplug the drive and reboot. then every thing works fine for a few days. had this problem when i bought the drive but i updated to 3.3.2 and it fixed it for 6 months. http://www.gigabyte.com/products/pro...px?pid=3894#ov this is my mother board i use. not sure if the newer firmware will help or if i can even use it.

on a side note the kingston sdd i have installed is working find so are the sata drive and usb. seems only files on the pyro se have problems

    Hello,

Can you try updating it to the latest version? 5.0.2?

Also, please make sure that the drive is running in AHCI mode.

i am back to having to unplug the SDD power and plug it back in every reboot or windows wont see the drive. my bios sees it on boot everytime though. so its gota be software or firmware. it also wants affect by any type of driver i had installed the only thing that would work is power unplug. i wonder can i set this up on an external connection with a Esata so i can unplug and replug it every time it screws up

If your drive is detecting intermittently, we would recommend a replacement under warranty.

To Initiate an RMA or items relating to warranty, please visit this link here and under ‘troubleshooting’ select your product from the dropdown box and fill out the info (look at the bottom for ‘start a technical case’):
    http://www.patriotmemory.com/support/techSupportp.jsp

(This link will get your name and contact info into our Support/RMA Portal database. You will then be given a user id and password where you can make replies to your Support/RMA case. Please make a note that you already spoke to a rep regarding your issue. Furthermore afterwards, feel free to login to reply or simply await for the case to be escalated to RMA with further instructions. To escalate the case to rma, please indicate that you’ve spoken to a rep already).
