Exclamation New SSD died in less than 4 days, can I get a replacement?

Hi, I recently built a new computer, and purchased a PPSE120GS25SSDR Pyro SE 120GB to use as my primary OS drive. It is now dead, and the retailer that sold me all the parts is unable to determine why it died so quickly other than it being faulty. So how do I go about getting a replacement? Do I have to take my SSD somewhere and exchange it or mail it or what? Thankyou for your assistance.

    Andrew.
