USB: Large Files Transfer need conversion to NTFS for Mac?

Doing this through Disk Utility. Which is the correct Format to choose when reformatting to allow the Flash drive to accept large files? (Mac OS 10.6; 32 GB Patriot flash drive)

For Mac, you'll need to set it to journaled.
