Default Patriot Xporter 64Gb Only Shows 2Gb

I was trying to format my 64Gb Xporter key to NTFS. I tried the "optimize for performance" method but I still wasn't getting the NTFS option when I tried to format the key. I made the mistake of using the HP Flash Drive Boot Utility. I'm not sure what it did. Now the key is only allowing me to create a 2gb partition. When I go to disk management, it shows a 2gb partition and and 28gb unallocated. I doesn't let me create a partition for the remaining 28Gb. I tried to use the low level formatting tool b ut it gives me the error "Preformat not supports this IC!" My best guess is that I need to reflash the firmware on the key. Please help.

    Hello,

Unfortunately you would need special hardware to flash the firmware of our flash drives. Which low level format tool did you try?

Here is the link to our Supersonic formatter:

Here is the link to our Rage version:

Can you see if one or the other version works? If it does not, what we can do is replace the drive for you.
