Default Current bugs and next firmware release

Hi. Got my Alpine almost a month ago and I am not using it because of two bugs.
The first is ff limited to 2X in media server
The second is no possibility to skip forward

When can we expect a new release with improved funtions ?

Mine is also not in service, because the new Alpine will not show and play videos from the D-LINK 323 NAS box (DLNA MEdia server), yet it works 100% with the older PBO Core....

I use mine but it's really frustrating.. Network navigation with that small remote is virtually impossible (Sent an email to the RMA department, no word back), so I just resort to filling up a USB key. The file names are so badly truncated (can't see the actual episode number), and not in the proper order necessarily, that I'm forced to rename the files in the order I want to watch them (1, 2, 3, etc.). There's a lot of potential for this little media player, I'm just wondering how long it will take for the development to reach that potential.

I tried the Matrix firmware, and while the fact that my patriot 300mbit N wireless adapter doesn't work with it doesn't bother me, it's still not enough of a notable improvement over the base firmware to bother.

Maybe we shouldn't be introducing the Matrix firmware until the base firmware is actually releasable?

    Thanks.
