Improve speed transfer

Hello
I'm the new happy owner of pendrive supersonic magnum 64 GB
I was a bit dissapoint beacause tranfer was about 20-30mb/sec

So how to improve transfer? I have read the topic "how to increase write speed..." but its a bit complicating... I dont have linux and I dont speak english perfectly so there can be problem with find some other tutorials. I'm going to find something in my language but i dont really know what i have to look for.

I know that that i have to change old sytem file 32 bits to something faster. In topic "...increase write spd..." you have written that you have to change 32b to 128K. But I didnt find any information about installation this file system but i found ntfs. Is that enought to improve transfer speed? What do you advise me? Sorry if there is similar topic

ok so i changed my pendrive's file system from 32bit to nfts and i tried it on new computer. Transfer was 70-100 mb/sec. Quite nice.
