Looks like you have a bad disk 2, i had a similar issue when trying to build a raid 1 with two 1 TB drives which had a similar reboot issue because my disk 2 was bad
It will eventually finish building, but it wont be stable and your Javelin will just continue to reboot
I replaced the disk. I'm also trying to sync with an esata disk. After I stopped trying to sync the rebuild finished without a hitch. When I tried syncing after the rebuild it rebooted again.
I switched the interface to usb and I'll see if that causes the reboot as well.
Within 5 minutes it rebooted as well. I'll have to check the usb/esata drive.
