    Default Restricting web access

I turned on the webserver service of the Javelin but I can't find anywhere to assign username/passwords to the WWW folder that carries to someone connecting from a web browser.

As it appears now, if you know the name of a file in the WWW folder anyone on the planet can download it.

There has to be a way to restrict access other than settings on my router.

what exactly are you trying to do? are you talking about adding a user name and password prompt when someone visits a certain url or just blocking the entire site?

I guess I'd want a username/password on a folder level. Isn't there some sort of .htaccess thing you can do on linux systems to password protect web folders?
