    Cool Source for the plugs

Does anyone have a source for the plugs?

I just Rx'd my PBO android today and want to jack it into the stereo in the family room.

If I can just get my mitts on a 4 pin plug, then I can roll my own cable to be sure it will work.

    TIA.

Oh FWIW - up in Ottawa in Canada

PS. Just a thought, but maybe a specialized cable like this should have been included or at least made available instead of the HDMI which is available like anywhere......

    Regards

For the problem where you can see video on the white plug, I was able to rewire the cable to work properly as described by the diagram posted earlier. It appears to be the pinout for a Sony AV cable...

    My test:
    - Cut cable and strip off the ends. (there should be a red, white, yellow, and bare ground wires)
In my case there was a ground wire paired with each colored wire.
    - Reconnect as follows:
RCA side -- 2.5mm Jack side
    White ----- Red
    Yellow ----- White
Bare ----- Yellow (any single bare ground wire is okay for this.)
Red ----- Bare (all bare ground wires need to attach to the red.)

    Default SONY AV Cable WORKS!

I've recently purchased a PBO for my old school CRT TV. Luckily I purchased a bunch of cables from my local thrift shop (Goodwill, St. Paul, etc) with the 3.5mm. I'm here to confirm that the Sony 3.5mm works!
