New to the Alpine, and Patriot Memory in general...was a little disappointed when I found out they released it with premature firmware/development. Really hope they get this moving a little quicker!

Dude, it's obvious that these guys don't give enough of a damn about their users to at least hire a team that can update their customers consistently and professionally. There was an announcement for July 9th and since we've heard absolutely nothing. Paying customers just being ignored. This has got to be the most shoddy operation I've ever encountered when it comes to commercial level technology.

I've seen some of the phone ROM guys turn out some pretty kewl custom ROMs within a week or two of getting new devices rooted. It's a shame we have to wait so long for a useable interface. I would have to rename every series I own to be able to use the firmware in its current state. I haven't used my PBO Alpine since I tried the last beta because I can't see what episodes or movies I'm selecting.

    Hey Guys,

    Sorry for the late reply.

We intended to release an updated Matrix firmware this past Monday but there has been a slight delay due to some last minute adjustments to the code. We thank you for your patience in the matter. We understand that most of you have been very patient. I will post this up as soon as I get this.
