I came across Patriot Memory PSD316G1333SK kit , I am planning to
upgrade my laptop to 32 GB.

I am concerned because the memory spec says that "Only compatible with
systems based on the 2nd Generation Intel Core CPUs (Intel 2000
Series)". I have a Intel Core i7 720QM processor.

I was under the impression that as long it's DDR3 SODIMM 1.5v CAS 9
PC3-10600 (1333MHz) it is possible to use.

please tell me whether Patriot Memory PSD316G1333SK kit is a suitable solution.
