    Default SuperSonic 16GB problem

    Hello,

I used Patriot SuperSonic Pulse Flash Memory (16GB, USB 3.0) for a month, but now I have a big problem with it. When I plug it into USB port the led on pendrive is blinking but Windows doesn't show me any new disk. It's recognized as Innostor nand flash but no letter is assigned to it. When i used CheckUDisk 5.3 to check all usb devices, it showed me that :
    Code:
    Name: IS916 (USB2.1)

    VID&PID: Vid_1f75&Pid_0916
    Speed: high speed

    Product Revision:

    Vendor Description: Innostor Technology Corp.
    Product Description: IS916
    Any ideas?

    Hello,

Can you see if our low level format/reset tool will restore the drive for normal use? Please give it a try. Please note: the format tool must be done on a PC and will erase your data. You can extract it to the desktop and run it from there.

Here is the link to the formatter:

    Hello Ben,

I tried that software and I can't choose my pendrive, beacouse Operating System did not assigned any drive letter to it. Led is blinking and that's over.

    Hello,

Can you try manually initializing and manually initializing it through disk management?

Otherwise the only thing we can suggest would be to replace it under warranty, as the drive should be plug n play.

    We've never seen this issue.
