I see. That is really interesting and is useful for those do not have the USB-TTL cable.
By the way, I see a bootcode updater in the zip file. Does it mean one may update the PBO bootcode to 26 without using a USB-TTL cable?

Yes,you can update bootcode without TTL cable,
but before update the PBO bootcode to 26,
you have to mod this line (package_MP.tar-->project_config.h)
#define system_parameters_4 "12V5V_GPIO=78,hion POWERKEY_IRRP=0xF30CFB04"
to
#define system_parameters_4 "12V5V_GPIO=XX,hion POWERKEY_IRRP=0xXXXXXXXX"
XX,XXXXXXXX means special value for PBO.
