Don't quote me, but i think u need to wait 24hours after you do Firmware update to get a more accurate reading.

Well i got a mayor problem now, my motherboard stops to recognizes the SSD, if i plug it on another mother is seams to be ok, but now on my DFI the bios don`t see it any more. I try to clear cmos by jumper, even removing the battery but do not work, any ideas?

The low readings would probably be cause by the drive being in IDE mode instead of AHCI mode. Also, your mainboard does not support SATA 6.0gb/s aka SATA III.

I am unsure why your mainboard would stop recognizing the drive, while other systems do so fine. Double check the SATA cable (and swap it if needed) and verify the power connector has power.

I am happy to help, but don't PM me. Post a thread in the appropriate forum so others may benefit and offer assistance.

No, is always in AHCI mode. Before the fw update seem to be faster, I do not think that is a SATA type problem, sata 2 reach 250-300mb/s and sata 3 600mb/s and this ssd is on 180 mb/s, then do not think this is the problem.
I already use another sata cable, and use an independent power supply but is the same.
Even I flash my motherboard to a previous version and do not work, then I flash it again to the last version and still the same issue.

    Hello,

Did you ever see if letting the drive settle for 24 hours improved performance? Do you have all of your latest drivers (chipset, usb, lan, sata etc) installed? Can you try it on different sata ports?

Can`t say because the bios do not recognize it, the ssd is in his box at the moment. Try it on another PC and tell you.
Yes I have all the latest driver and I try on the 8 available sata ports

What is the make and model of the working motherboard? On the DFI LANParty DK P45-T2RS Plus motherboard, can you try flashing it to the latest bios? That's strange that it works on other motherboard(s), but not the DFI. Do other HDD's still work on the DFI motherboard?

The ssd works on an ASUS M4A785TD-V EVO mother, even boots the win7 installation made on the DFI mother.
The DFI has the latest bios, I flash my motherboard to a previous version and do not work, then I flash it again to the last version and still the same issue.
Yes, currently am posting on the DFI with my old HDD on win7 without problems. Really is a very strange issue.
