    Default Patriot Torqx2 64gb missing from BIOS

    Having some flaky memory issues with an old Compaq desktop SR1799AN. SSd was working fine today - pulled out some memory sticks and reinstalled due memory issue - now my BIOS doesn't recognise the SSD. Have tried connecting it through other computers and same issue - have I fried my SSD? Need to get back some files, and no current backup available.

    Do you have any other sata cables you can try?

    Otherwise we'll be glad to replace the drive for you but unfortunately we wouldn't have a means of retrieving the data.
