    Default PSF16GSDHC10 Not Reading

I have one of these memory card i've bought a while back, and came across a problem with the card itself.

When inserting the card into my Laptop I come across this:

This device cannot start. (Code 10) under properties.
Doesn't get recognized via Disk Management, Diskpart
This is using multiple card readers over 3 different computers.

    Any Suggestions?

I have many devices from you guys (Patriot Viper DDR2 4GB, Patriot Signature DDR2 2GB, Patriot 4GB SD, Patriot 4GB Xporter USB, Patriot 16GB microSDHC, Patriot Signature 2GB USB, Patriot 4GB microSDHC) - Hoping this doesn't have to be the last product.

    Hello,

Do you have your usb and chipset drivers installed for your laptop? If not please try applying this.

If it still doesn’t work can you try an SD Format?

The utility and instructions can be downloaded from here and can be done on a PC:

Doesn't work at all since there is no way I can assign a drive letter to it.

Considering it doesn't show under Disk Management under Administrative Tools,
gives me an error under Device Manager, and Diskpart doesn't show the card at all might be more than just a formatting problem.
