Hey Ben, just tried to PM you but apparently I cannot. Where can I check the status of the RMA? The drive was delivered on the 3rd but I've not gotten any confirmation that it was received.

Can you give me your RMA number? I'll ping the RMA Department to see what is going on.
-
The RMA number is 815093. Thanks again for your help.

Is there any way to track RMA status? It feels kinda weird sending the drive in and then assuming I'll get a replacement some day. Am I supposed to get emails or something similar?
Also, any update on this? The drive has been at Patriot's facilities for 9 days :/

Hey Bassplayer,
I went ahead and sent them an e-mail. Alternatively you can reach them at RMA@patriotmem.com.

I ended up receiving a Torx2 as a replacement and it's been wonderful. It's functioning flawlessly.
Thanks for your help, Ben. I'll definitely buy from Patriot again.

yeah, same thing happen to my PS-100 120G. it running terribly slow on WinXP. whenever i do a read/write (windows update), i can not work or do anything at all. it's so laggy.
then i recently wanting to upgrade to windows 7. saw there's an update to 3.11. update went all ok. install all normal/fast and speed is good...but not for long.
after 1day,it start to randomly hang for 15-30 min when i try to flick through my program (firefox / outlook ). then bluescreen, it restart and cannot detect the SSD. have to power down the system for a few second, boot up and it comes up. after a few time, window start to play up. (corrupted files). did a window checkdsk. first time was ok, 2nd time, 3rd time took 2hour and still at "waiting for reboot your computer".
luckily i have a spare SF-1200 60G in the cupboard( replace/repaired return from previous one not detected, have to power boot a few time to be recognised). boot a few time to be recognised. installing window now.
while the PS-100 send back for warranty, the guy at the store says he can try to see if we can do warranty on this, (under 2year?!?!?).
anyhow hope i get something back in working order and speed as it should be.
