From the support download section, the newest is 3.00. However, I've seen posts mentioning 3.005 and 3.011. I'm still having lots of issues with 3.00 (terribly slow write speeds) and I wanted to see if a new firmware would help.

Can you check the dropdown box here?

The latest version is 3.011.
Thanks for the link. I'll update and see if it fixes the issues.
The link I was checking was this.
I'm not sure I've ever sat through a Windows 7 Install that took that long...
So I'm on the newest firmware now and my mechanical drive has faster write speeds. Has this been corrected? If not, was there some sort of replacement program put into effect?
EDIT: Just short of an hour for a Windows 7 install... Almost 30 minutes to install 3DMark 11. As you might imagine, I'm far from satisfied.
Here's an update...

Hello,
The speeds you are seeing is unusually slow. What is the make and model of your motherboard? Do you have the latest drivers (chipset, usb, lan, sata etc) installed?
Please make sure this is all up to date. Please advise.
I'm using a Gigabyte X58A-OC with all chipset/sata drivers installed.
I reflashed the firmware again and reinstalled Windows. It's much quicker this time around but I'll update as soon as I get more time to mess with that install.
Okay... I need to get a replacement. I gave up on this shortly after posting this thread and threw it in a drawer. I pulled it out today to see if anything was different so I popped it in my latpop.
Nothing has changed... it took an hour to install Windows 7 and the boot is extremely slow. I can't finish AS SSD and it took upwards of ten minutes to open paint.
Here's my problem... the drive is out of warranty now. However, when I first posted here and documented the issues, it was still in warranty. Is there anything I can do to get it replaced?
