    Default Forgotten Password

    I have forgotten the password for my bolt jumpdrive. I know I have up to 10 attempts to remember the password. If I'm unable to remember the password will the Bolt reset and will I be able to start from scratch? Or will the jumpdrive be locked for good?

    Hello,

    What would happen would be the drive would reformat and the drive would simply reset itself. You can then create a new password for use.
