uh oh.
Plugging the Rage into any USB socket on my home PC makes Win7 do the 'Ba-Dum' noise it does to denote a USB device plugged in, but the drive doesn't show up in Windows Explorer.
The Home PC's USB still works as I'm using a USB wireless N adapter.
I bought the drive into work again today and it's fine on the PC here. I've just formatted it using your tool and will plug in again this evening to see what's what. Any suggestions on what to do if it isn't recognized? (as I'm expecting it not to be)
