I just bought this item and am having difficulties with the file transfer option. I have a WD 2Tb external hard drive plugged into the back USB port. I have a 16Gb flash drive plugged into the front USB port. When trying to transfer 15 Gb of files from the flash drive to the external hard drive it takes quite some time, and has frozen more then once. Any ideas as to the issue? I have not updated the firmware as I am hesitant to do so without a real issue present which is proven to be fixed by a firmware update.
