I have 2 units, neither one works now. I have connected them on composite or hdmi and get the following: title screen with browser options displayed. When I hit a button, any button, the options start scrolling. I have tried pressing the TV, setup and home buttons etc and nothing changes. I have replaced the batteries in the remotes, exchanged power supplies as well. I have a firmware file in a USB drive but I can't even select that.

Any ideas?
