RMA STATUS & TIME..Horrible service.
First of all let me start by saying, i went through a great deal just to create an account and really thought about creating one and realized that it was NEEDED. I work for a mid sized company in NYC and have a 10+ year of experience in IT field. We barely ever deal with anyone other than another brand for memory related issues. Out of all my experience this has been the WORST EVER. Not only in getting an RMA but over all customer support. I'm astonished to see that "Patriot" the company itself has no proper RMA system. There is no status option online what so ever to check your RMA status. I had to send it Million emails just to get someone to respond back and again i mention that it was not from some user in a basement...its a business and used a business email account and no there were no spam filtering issues. Anyway to make the long story short, it took them three weeks to tell me when it will be shipped. I was assured 10 days ago that it will be shipped "TOMORROW" Tomorrow never came and after sending some more frustrated emails i Finlay received a USPS tracking number. I will NEVER EVER buy anything from Patriot and advise others the same. Just a comparison, Another Brand has sent an RMA back to me OVERNIGHT FEDEX from TAIWAN. Now that's what i call customer service. Hope i never deal with this company in future. RMA793302
