Does the 1600MHz Signature Line of DDR3 have an XMP profile? Also, is the RAM's SPD programmed at the JEDEC spec of 1333MHz for initial booting?

I ask because I am considering going to 16GB on my desktop for HD video encoding and with my CPU heatsink and ASUS P8Z68-V PRO board I need low profile RAM that operates at 1.5v (need the low profile and would prefer the Intel recommended 1.5v). Anything taller than a couple of mm above PCB height and my heatsink fan is in the way. Correct me if I'm wrong but the PC3-12800 Signature Line is the only Patriot RAM that meets these requirements.

Thanks.
