Keep me update regarding the cause of that. If really need RMA, then I will mail you my drive. I really lazy to restore the system.
My WildFire locked once only after updated to 3.2.0 so I will stay with it now since it is still ok since last lock-up of 0x00F4.
I do hope that you guys can come up with a solution that we can do on our own at home when free...
Mailing for RMA and doing system software restore are the most troublesome, which I tried best to avoid.

Same here. I restor the system 15-20 time for test and hope is fix. But nothing to do. That sandforce 2XXX is big bad joke.

Hi everybody. I am here after about 10 days of upgrade to 3.2.0 . Unfortunately after about 10 days of flawless working , I saw my first sudden reset and then the drive just refused to show up at start up so I had to turn my pc completely off and then on it again.
It was working very nice during these days , but suddenly the problem happens again.

    Welcome,
Sorry for my English - I'm missing exact technical words I know i should use

I'm considering buying the 120GB wildfire SSD, but the sandforce 2xxx controller problems seems to be common among all drive producers... So it seems this technology is not stable enough to be implemented even in family home computers...

(Also that's strange but there are almost none tests with the AMD chipsets... 890FX ie.)

As I was searching the Internet I found a few information about situations that people had problems while connecting external drives, some one had to change the AC.... and problems were gone... maybe it's the problem with hmmm.. 'voltage swing - sudden change'? (No idea what technical terms should I use here).

Does any one tried to, I don't know, ... disconnect other HDD or has similar to experience to the guy with changed AC to more powerfull one?

    All Best,
    LocutusOfBorg

FYI: another same BSOD last night. same error windows message and after click OK, desktop black out, mouse cursor still there, and then BSOD came up after a while. Exactly the same as I reported after 3.2.0.
FYI: I will stay with it till remote solution is available rather than RMA. Unless Patriot does not have portable exe for debugging.

    Report ended. Thank you

new firmware is now causing BSODs, which were not present before the update.

    Hi Sicotte,

Can you give me your system specs? I presume you have all latest BIOS update, drivers and Windows update as well?
