By default there is no transmission plugin, unless you installed mine. You should be able to remove mine like any other plugin (using the remove button).

I AM NOT A PATRIOT MEMORY EMPLOYEE.
But they have, on occasion, bribed me with hardware.
I am happy to help, but don't PM me. Post a thread in the appropriate forum so others may benefit and offer assistance.
Your lack of planning is not an emergency on my part.
Thanks for the quick reply. Yeah I installed yours. Tried to delete the plugin but it would just say "Processing. Please wait....". Installed rooter and telnet-ed in stopped the daemon, but when I tried to kill the client it said : no process killed. Then tried to delete the plugin after killing the daemon and it just says "Processing. Please wait...." stays like that for 10 mins then logs me out of the webpage. Any other ideas?
If you have rooter installed, you can type 'rm -rf /APPS/transmission' and it should clear it out.

Hi. Is there any chance to re-download the plugin ? Link is broken![]()
For those asking about transmission, if you get the Optware package installed from the other post, you can just use that to install transmission from the repository.
The download link is down again, Badintentions can you re upload it somewere please?
Yeah, tried that, doesn't work. The way it seems to work is that on every reboot, you need to re-edit the settings.json file since the configuration is deleted until the daemon is run again (which thus seems to create its own settings that do nothing when you edit them since the daemon is already running). I haven't been able to access the Optware Transmission client since any settings.json changes (and thus the whitelist settings) are ignored.
I have been fortunate enough to use BadIntentions' transmission package, and it was very well done. It was nice that it also autostarted upon reboot. Since I had to blow away my array due to some erroneous partition or something, I too would like to get my hands on this transmission package again. I didn't think it would be so easily removed, else I would have kept a copy on my main machine.
