    Default XT 16GB stopped working

    Windows sees it but can't "access the drive." I really don't want to lose my data, but your formatter tool says that there's no USB drive found.

    Unfortunately the only way of retrieving the data would be to go through a data recovery center.

    ...Did you receive the tool from a rep? If so, you can simply ping them and tell them the tool did not work. They should be able to expedite your case to RMA.
