PlayOn/Hulu (and others) File List slow

Hulu plays great, no stutter at all. The issue is when going down a list of say 30 files to find the correct episode to watch it is slow. I mean 30+ sec, sometimes a couple of minutes, to go from 1 file to the next.

What am I doing wrong?

PlayOn is the only app on the P4 3gig PC with 4 gig of ram. XP. 3meg Internet pipe, Cat5 network.

I've had the same issue on multiple frmws - I reported it some time ago but afaik there's no fix for it -- and it seems to affect some but not others - I quit using PO on the PBO for this reason
