One dead stick of ram

Hi guys.
I had purchased a 3x2GB kit of patriot ram (PVT36G1600LLK) from hongkong.
i however reside in india. The problem is that one stick of ram died on me and i dont know if i should RMA.
suppose i do choose to go that path, i understand i will have to ship the product with the bill to your RMA center (i dont know where it is located)
also will patriot ship the product back to me in india and will it pay for customs/duties on the product

Hello,

We have a facility in Taiwan and the Netherlands.

Most likely they'll have you ship to one of those locations.

It is my understanding that we cover the shipping and duties back.

You would be responsible for shipping and the duties to us.

Since there isn't an RMA Representative on our forums, I would suggest sending an e-mail to RMA@patriotmem.com.

They should be able to help you out.
