    Default Contacting Customer Support

    Hello,

I'm not sure where this should topic should specifically be at, I apologize in advance if I am posting in the wrong section.

I am trying to get a hold of Patriot Customer Support.

I just three days ago purchased a brand new, un-opnened box of 16gb ddr3 1600mhz memory from Fry's Electronics. When I opened it, the memory looked 100% identical to the image on the box, however it was not 16gb of memory but rather 4 sticks of 2gb sticks (equaling a total of 8gb not 16gb). I looked close for fingerprints or any tampering on the box, but it was completely sealed, with clear wrapping as well.

I went back to Fry's and they said this is not their issue because "it was in a sealed caged area" and that this is a Manufacturer packaging issue. They refuse to offer me a replacement, refund, or exchange, and said to contact Patriot.

Really horrible situation for me... I'd appreciate some help .

You can also try calling the number, its on the packaging. Granted, you usually have to leave a message, and it just gets turned into an online ticket.
I AM NOT A PATRIOT MEMORY EMPLOYEE.

But they have, on occasion, bribed me with hardware.

I am happy to help, but don't PM me. Post a thread in the appropriate forum so others may benefit and offer assistance.
Your lack of planning is not an emergency on my part.
