Got it!
Well assuming that you use the same mount point on both of the PBO ex: both set to /usr/local/etc/NAS/ then I assume that you could probably just copy the /usr/local/etc/srjg from one PBO to the other. As long as you do not add any more genre that should work fine since the jukebox.xml are external to the PBO. As soon as you add a new genre however the /usr/local/etc/srjg/mainjukebox.xml file will be changed and need to be copy back to the PBO that the Jukebox_update.sh was not run. For normal update without the -i option the changes should be reflected on both PBO since the jukebox.xml files are on your NAS.
This is just a theory I have not tried that but I can think of a reason why it would not work.
