Default New Ram Crashing Blue Screen

    Hello,
I have (MB EVGA 123-YW-E175-A1 775 750I SLI) Motherboard, and Patriot Memory Viper Series PC2-8500 1066mhz 4GB (2x2GB) kit (5-5-5-15). I cannot get the system to properly boot to Win XP (32bit) if I change the frequency to 1066mhz. The default in bios only sets it at 800mhz and 1.8v. I can set the Voltage to 2.1v and it runs fine. If I change the Frequency to 1066mhz It boots to my desktop and then freezes and/or crashes to the Blue Screen Fatal error. Any ideas?
