Splash screen flashes on/off never any further
Just got my PBO, followed the guide to connect to the Composite input on my TV. I turn the unit on, and the splash screen appears for a few seconds, then the PBO stops sending signal, only to then pop the splash back up. It continues to switch back and forth like this, and never gets to the setup/menu page. It does not respond to any remote input, and I am using known-good batteries. The power/standby led stays green the whole time.
Any suggestions?

I would attempt reflashing once (get P02 from the official firmware thread and follow the flashing instructions mentioned there).
If that didn't work, then I would contact the seller for an exchange (since you just bought it).
